Condom failure

A faulty condom claim from Marion Richardson for £120,000, for the discomfort and inconvenience of pregnancy and finance loss through the birth, has failed. Manufacturer LRC Products denied supplying a defective product, also pointing to her failing to take a ‘morning after’ pill when she discovered the alleged fault. The High Court held that she had failed to show that the condom was faulty when it left the manufacturer.
