A Wolverhampton tissue firm, AP (UK), whose premises were destroyed by fire in February 1999, is targeting the West Midlands
Fire Service alleging negligence. They also target Independent Insurance,
Limit Syndicate 318 and broker Bainbridge Collins
over
delay in paying their £10mn claim.
