Class action against AOL

An action has been filed in Alexandria (US) against America Online, on behalf of its 8mn customers, claiming that the latest version of its software, cripples existing internet accounts with other companies. AOL claim that there is no problem, except misunderstandings of customers on operations. Part of the claims were filed under a federal computer crimes law, typically used against hackers.
