Giving spurious litigation the finger

It’s amazing what lengths people will go to in order to make a claim – especially in the US. In the land of “Judicial Hellholes” and absurd claims, it s hard to be surprised at the kind of thing people will sue over, but one recent case stands out. It’s not your usual claim, and was in fact a fraudulent claim resulting in long jail terms for the perpetrators.
