ABI’s proposals for reform of UK compensation system

The Association of British Insurers (ABI) is proposing a new ‘Care and Compensation’ package to reform the UK compensation system by cutting red tape and enabling claimants to get medical help and damages payments faster. The ABI said that as a result of the new proposals, car crash victims will be on the road to recovery quicker than ever.
