Court of Appeal rules that pleural plaques are not compensatable

The Court of Appeal has ruled that pleural plaques are not compensatable, overturning a ruling by the High Court. Last year the High Court ruled that claimants with pleural plaques should receive compensation, although it reduced the amounts payable.
