Gulf War Syndrome acknowledged

The Pensions Appeal Tribunal has ruled that Gulf War Syndrome could be used as an umbrella term to cover the ailments suffered by an ex-soldier. The tribunal said the soldier should be awarded a disability pension for Gulf War Syndrome. He suffers from memory problems, asthma and anxiety. His lawyer called it a landmark ruling and said it would have massive implications for hundreds of Gulf War veterans, suffering from Gulf War Syndrome.
