Expert evidence must not be assessed separately

Where expert evidence was relevant the judge had to consider it when he was reaching his conclusions on the credibility of all the witnesses. The Court of Appeal so held when dismissing an appeal by the defendant from the decision of the judge in the county court who found the defendant liable for personal injuries suffered by the claimant in the course of his employment.
