Whether employee suffered detriment when law in force

Where an employee made a complaint to an employment tribunal that he suffered detriment as a result of an act, or a deliberate failure to act by his employer, on the ground that he had made a protected disclosure, it was a question of fact for the tribunal to find, directing itself properly on the law, whether the employee had suffered the detriment.
