Tribunal reasons to be user friendly

The format and style of extended reasons to be given by employment tribunals had to be user friendly. The Court of Appeal allowed the appeal of the claimant against a decision of the Employment Appeal Tribunal which had allowed an appeal by her employer against a tribunal decision that she had been unlawfully discriminated against as a blind person.
