WorldCom D&O claim settlement
A number of directors & officers liability insurers are reported to be covering $35mn of a $55.25mn settlement of a class-action
lawsuit filed by investors of bonds issued by failed telecommunications group WorldCom. Eleven former WorldCom directors will
pay $20.25mn of the settlement from their own pockets.
