Public servants becoming too risk averse
Bill Callaghan, chairman of the Health & Safety Commission, has said that public servants are in danger of becoming too risk
averse, in an interview with the Financial Times. Mr Callaghan added that “the aim of a risk free society” was “frankly unachievable”.
