Competition has increased in the professional risks market, thanks to new capacity entering this market during the past 12 months, and this has led to premiums reducing in some sectors, according to Heath Lambert’s State of the Market 2005 report. In addition, says the report, the new players in the market have taken traditional policy wordings and expanded them as well as producing new products.
