Causative link between head injury and resignation
A man sustained a head injury after attending a hospital for an operation on his knee and falling from the operating table.
He suffered a number of symptoms consistent with Post-Concussional Syndrome. Liability was admitted by all three defendants,
leaving the issue of quantum to be resolved.
