Faulty filing cabinet causes injury
An office worker has been awarded £16,400 compensation in an out-of-court settlement after she fell and badly injured herself
due to a faulty filing cabinet at work. The woman was a training supervisor at the Motor Insurers Bureau (MIB) but has been
unable to return to work following the accident in July 2001.
