Sacked headteacher wins dismissal case
A headteacher who was sacked after a poor Ofsted inspectors’ report has won compensation for unfair dismissal. The primary
school was later closed after it was decided that it was too small. The compensation settlement includes money for loss of
earnings and loss of pension rights.
