Drugs plant man to sue police

The police are to be sued by a man who says that drugs were planted on him by police. The man says he was the subject of a surveillance operation for nearly a year. His house was searched but no drugs were found, though later police said they had in fact found drugs. A similar situation occurred when his car was searched. It was also alleged that a police notebook was altered and that evidence was changed at trial. He was acquitted.
