Prisoner forced to hand back damages

A man who was awarded over £5,000 in damages following a car crash has been ordered to hand back the money. The man is currently in prison, serving four years for drug dealing. He was awarded the money after suffering whiplash and facial scars. The money was paid by an insurer.
