£1.5m for brain damaged child

A boy has received £1.5mn in damages after he was left with brain damage following a trip to a dental clinic when he was three. He underwent a general anaesthetic but had to be resuscitated and spent 15 days in hospital. The boy is now 12 and will always need support. The recovery nurse and the anaesthetist Dr B Delport accepted liability.
