Severely disabled man sues Trust for fractures

A 21 year-old man who suffered a broken arm and leg while living at an adult care home is to sue the relevant Trust for compensation because of the pain and suffering he has endured. The man, who is severely mentally and physically disabled, sustained a fracture to his left arm that was not diagnosed for two weeks and, two months later, he fractured his right leg which has left him with one leg six inches shorter than the other.
