More sexual discrimination claims in the City

There are reports in the media that yet more City banks are facing sexual discrimination claims from female employees. According to the Sunday Times, it is believed that banks including Credit Suisse First Boston, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, Goldman Sachs, and NM Rothschild are now facing claims including sex discrimination, failure to pay wages, unfair dismissal, unfair disregard of pregnancy and childbirth, and breach of flexible working.
