Simplifying CFAs – the government proposals

The Government has published its proposals to reform ‘no win no fee’ arrangements. The consultation paper, “Making simple CFAs a reality - A summary of responses to the consultation paper Simplifying Conditional Fee Agreements and proposals for reform,” sets out proposals to make conditional fee agreements simpler, more transparent and provide a better deal for consumers, solicitors and defendants.
