Deutsche Bank’s lawsuit against City thrown out

Deutsche Bank’s lawsuits against the city of New York have been thrown out by a New York state court. Deutsche Bank filed two lawsuits against the city for actions the city allegedly took, or failed to take, before and after the September 11 terrorist attack on the World Trade Center, which severely damaged the bank’s former US headquarters. The lawsuits had sought damages from the city of $500mn.
