Employment tribunal has no jurisdiction for soldier

An employment tribunal ruled that it had no jurisdiction in a complaint of racial discrimination because the complainant had not first presented a complaint under the army’s internal procedures. The Employment Appeal Tribunal dismissed the soldier’s appeal.
