During shipment on board the claimant Maersk's vessel Maersk Seoul, the defendant Sree's calcium hypochlorite tablets had violently decomposed. Further similar shipments in progress on board another Maersk vessel were discharged in Jebel Ali for cross-stuffing into reefer containers and in the process there was a further violent decomposition event, inside a stuffed but not shut reefer container.
