The parties had concluded a sale contract for Songa Coral on the Saleform 2012. Payment was to be made by release from an escrow account into sellers' account at a Norwegian bank by 8 September 2022. This date was arrived at by counting three "Banking Days" from when Notice of Readiness was given.
