The claimant brought Part 7 proceedings in order to enforce the decision of an adjudicator. The defendant sought to resist enforcement on the ground that the adjudicator had breached the principles of natural justice. The defendant also brought Part 8 proceedings in which it sought various declarations in relation to the proper interpretation of the contract between the parties.
