By a contract entered into on 4 October 2023 Integra agreed to sell and FinCo agreed to buy a cargo of 10 kt of methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE). The contract terms were set out in an email recap that incorporated version 1.2 of the BP Oil International Ltd General Terms and Conditions for Sales and Purchases of Crude Oil and Petroleum Products (BP GTCs).
