Integra was the seller and FinCo was the buyer of a cargo of 10 kt of methyl tertbutyl ether, under a contract entered into on 4 October 2023. The contract was on amended BP GTC terms. Delivery was initially to be "DES ARA" (Delivery Ex Ship Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Antwerp). This was on 6 October 2023 amended to "CIF ARA" (Cost, Insurance Freight ARA).
