THERE has been much debate around what artificial intelligence (AI) will mean for people’s jobs, their industries and the way work is organised. Most people accept that change is coming, but the exact nature of that change is still uncertain. That uncertainty naturally shapes how people feel. Some are energised by the possibilities, others are nervous about the unknown, and many are somewhere in between, simply wondering what it all means for them.
