FinCEN proposes rules to underpin US AML whistleblowing programme

The US Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) has released draft national rules offering incentives and protections to encourage whistleblowers to warn it about fraud-related violations of the Bank Secrecy Act, the US' key anti-money laundering legislation.
