The Council of the European Union (EU)
has sanctioned four propagandists who have shown ongoing support for Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Council has stated that is adopting
restrictive measures on the individuals due to their involvement in "Russia's continued hybrid activities", including foreign
information manipulation and interference against the EU and its member states.
