Liability not contested in air crash

Boeing will not contest liability claims relating to the Alaska Airlines crash in California at the start of 2000, but it stressed it was not admitting liability. It was reported that Alaska Air Group has accepted full liability and has reached an agreement which requires Boeing to pay a portion of the final damage awards.
