Enforcement of arbitration agreement: anti-suit injunction

In FH Holding Moscow Ltd v AO UniCredit Bank [2025] EWHC 3111 (Comm) Henshaw J considered an application for an anti-suit injunction to restrain mortgage enforcement proceedings brought in Russia allegedly in breach of an arbitration agreement. Henshaw J refused relief on the grounds that the court had no jurisdiction over the defendants and that the claimant had not in any event shown that the Russian proceedings were in breach of the arbitration agreement.
