Insurance is part of the ‘conducive and predictable’ investment regime needed by war-torn country

THREE main levers should be used to maximise the private investment Ukraine needs for its reconstruction and recovery, according to an updated joint  Rapid Damage and Needs Assessment (RDNA5) released by the government of Ukraine, the World Bank Group, the European Commission and the United Nations.
