Product liability study from European Commission

The European Commission has issued a study into product liability throughout the European Community, which examined the need for reform of product liability laws in the EU, and in particular, whether a uniform product liability system should be introduced across the EU in place of the present regime, which allows national systems to co-exist alongside the Product Liability Directive.
