Following the outcome of the IMO's Marine Environment Protection Committee meeting in October, a session which was extraordinary in many ways, the trajectory of IMO regulations for maritime decarbonisation remains uncertain. However, with a suite of EU regulations already in place, coupled with customer demand, decarbonisation pressures are likely to persist.
