Re-hearing orders must be clear

The Court of Appeal held that it must be made clear by appeal courts on the face of their orders whether they are ordering a re-hearing of the original appeal at first instance, or whether they are ordering a re-hearing at appeal court level. If the latter, then any subsequent appeal would be a second appeal.
