In Project One London Ltd v VMA Services Ltd [2025] EWHC 3304 (TCC) Adrian Williamson KC, sitting as a Deputy Judge of the High Court, held that the claimant was entitled to enforce the decision of an adjudicator and he rejected submissions made on behalf of the defendant that the adjudicator had breached the principles of natural justice.
