Burglar to sue jailed farmer

The burglar who was shot by Tony Martin has won the right to sue him for damages. It was reported that the burglar plans to sue the jailed farmer for around £15,000, claiming that his injuries had impaired his sex life and martial arts. The judge said that denying him the right to sue might contravene the burglar’s rights under the Human Rights Convention.
