Bus and coach operators surveyed

A survey of bus and coach operators by Ensign Motor Policies in conjunction with the Confederation of Passenger Transport UK has found that 38% are expecting an increase in employers’ liability claims (for bus operators only, the figure is 53%), while only 4% expect a decrease. The survey also found that 50% of bus and coach operators expect an increase in public liability claims (67%), with just 2% expecting a decrease.
