Employment tribunals see multiple claims

There has been a 21% increase in multiple grievance claims from individual employees at employment tribunals since 2000. This is according to Croner Consulting, an employment tribunals specialist. Croner says that these multiple claims include employees claiming racial discrimination as well as unfair discrimination. It points out that since 1999 the number of applications for employment tribunals has increased by 42% and around 110,000 are made every year.
