Clubbers risk permanent hearing damage

Around three out of four young people who go to clubs or concerts regularly are risking permanent hearing damage, according to research published today by the Royal National Institute for the Deaf (RNID). The research found that of the 66% of young people who regularly go clubbing, three quarters of them regularly experience ringing in their ears and/or dullness of hearing after a night out. This is a warning sign of hearing damage according to RNID.
