Class action lawsuit reform moves forward
The US Senate Judiciary Committee has voted on bipartisan class action lawsuit reform legislation. The committee has approved
the Class Action Fairness Act of 2003 which will let national, multi-state class action lawsuits be heard in federal court
instead of state courts.
