Engine monitoring essential, warns OneLink, as problems mount up

In a market where margins are tightening and environmental regulations are intensifying, inconsistent engine monitoring is quietly eroding vessel performance. As decarbonisation pressures mount, precise control over engine efficiency and emissions are no longer optional. Unseen machinery inefficiencies contribute not only to higher OPEX but also to excess CO 2 outputs, now penalised under schemes like EU ETS.
