Junior doctors tackle bullying

Junior doctors have voted to set up a mentoring service, so that victims of bullying, harassment, and discrimination in the NHS can air their complaints confidentially. The British Medical Association’s Junior Members Forum has called for a campaign to raise awareness of bullying in the NHS, and for all doctors to be trained on the importance of tackling the problem.
