Incontinence is disability

Urinary incontinence, caused by a prostatectomy following prostate cancer, qualifies as a disability. The Court of Appeal allowed the appeal of a decision by the Employment Appeal Tribunal which had ruled that the condition did not bring the employee within the Disability Discrimination Act 1995.
