In Asiana Airlines Inc v Gate Gourmet Korea Co Ltd and Others [2024] SGCA(I) 8; [2025] Lloyd's Rep Plus 13 the Singapore Court of Appeal, hearing an appeal from the Singapore International Court, considered at length the circumstances in which an anti-suit injunction may be granted to restrain overseas proceedings against persons who are not party to the arbitration clause.
