Successful claim by cyclist injured by temporary traffic infrastructure

Brown v Morgan Sindall Construction and Infrastructure Ltd [2025] EWHC 2204 (KB)

The second recent case involving an injured cyclist resulted in a judge in the High Court deciding in favour of the claimant on liability, and a later hearing was held to determine quantum, during which the defendant company made allegations of fundamental dishonesty on the part of the claimant. Judgment was handed down in late August 2025.
