Marsh eyes London wholesale business with McGriff MMA unit: Doyle Marsh McLennan president and chief executive, John Doyle, said the firm is seeking to bring back Marsh-originated business that is placed with rival wholesalers through the launch of London-based McGriff MMA. But Doyle said the new unit, led by former Marsh UK specialty growth leader Lizzy Howe, was not going to become a third-party wholesale business. The launch comes as Marsh is reportedly keen to move a sizeable book of specialty business currently placed through Howden in the London market.
